[ Payment ] We support bank wire and Paypal payment. Paypal accepts debit card & credit card. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can directly pay with credit card without signing up or logging in Paypal. If you choose bank wire, at the checkout, you will see our bank info. After transferring the payment, please send through the receipt to our email.
[ Shipping Cost ] Freight will be displayed at the Checkout process after address is filled up.
[ Shipping Way ] For most products, the default shipping way is expedited shipping like DHL, UPS, Fedex etc. If your location is not supported by the online shipping setting, please contact us for the freight quotation. For a selective products, if the shipping option displays “please contact us for freight to be quoted”, you can submit the order first (without completing the payment). And we will get back to you with freight quote soon within 24 hours.
[ Shipping Time ] To most countries, Expedited shipping takes about 5-9 days to arrive. Standard shipping takes 15-28 days to arrive.
[ Note ] Freight is calculated based on weight and size. The bigger the quantity is, the cheaper the cost would be. To save the average cost, it is the best to place the order with a calculated quantity. You can change the quantity at the checkout and refer the freight suggested on the page.

Due to world-wide manufacturing and logistics complications related to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic some orders may be subject to fulfillment and shipping delays. Customer service and message response times are also impacted.

we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel’s arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
